Janine and Ian Maxwell are the Co-Founders of Heart for Africa. This cookbook was created as a gift for their children during the COVID pandemic. The borders of Eswatini had closed and they were unsure when they would see one another again. Since then, the cookbook has grown in popularity not only because of the fantastic recipes but, also the family humor that is woven throughout the book. All profits from the sale of this softcover cookbook will go to support the children living on Project Canaan.
